Embracing Grief ………Finding Freedom

Grief is not exclusively associated with physical death. All of us have many different experiences of grief throughout our lives … many of which remain unacknowledged by us and therefore unhealed.  When we open our hearts to allow ourselves experience grief and loss, normal feelings in the fully alive human being, our hearts expand to safely hold these deep feelings. Opening our hearts in this way allows us to access the deep well of love and compassion residing in the open heart. When awakened, this energy flows healing us and all sentient being who suffer in any way.

This workshop is offered by Dolores Whelan, an experienced spiritual teacher and facilitator,

as part of the National Grieving Day which honours grief and loss in all forms.
