On November 1st 2005, the festival of Samhainn, more than 50 people gathered to hold a candle light vigil on the hill of Tara. The time of Samhainn was chosen because that festival was celebrated on the Hill of Tara for centuries in Celtic Ireland. This group, representing people of all ages and backgrounds, were gathered, as many groups have gathered in recent times, to address the impact of the proposed M3 motorway on the subtle energies held within the landscape temple that is The Hill of Tara.
